Sylvia Gafgo founded GAFGO Management Consulting in 2001, and since then has been working with various concerns, first as a Trainer and Coach and more latterly she has been consulting, managing and co-ordinating international training projects for large corporations.
Prior to starting her own consultancy, Ms Gafgo worked in Human Resources and it was there that she realised that her particular interest and competence lay in the personal development of individuals in their professional lives. This is reflected in the emphasis that her company places on supporting and enabling the potential of employees, managers and leaders.
However Ms. Gafgo likes to keep current and regularly trains and coaches in Europe.
Clients have also said that they appreciate my company as an independent concern, as I am able to bring new perspective and an overview of international trends and best practice to corporations.
